All items are inspected before being shipped. We hope you are happy with your order, but if for some reason you're not, we offer a generous 14 day period during which you may request an exchange or return.
To obtain a return or exchange you will need to a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Please call 732.557.6394 between 9am-5pm (EST), Mon-Fri to obtain your return authorization number.
Write the RA# on the outside of the box that you are sending back.
We will credit your charge account if you paid by credit card. If you paid by check or money order we will issue you a check and send it to the billing address on your order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the credit to appear on your charge account and 3-4 weeks to receive your check.
There is a 15% Restocking Fee applied to all returns. There is no restocking fee for exchanges. All shipping charges for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges are subject to additional shipping costs for shipping your new items.
Exchanges on orders which received Free Shipping will be charged for the additional shipping costs of sending your new items.
Returns on orders which received Free Shipping will have the standard applicable shipping cost deducted from the refund amount.
There are NO restocking fees and NO extra shipping charges in the event of manufacturer's defects or errors made by us.
There are no returns on hosiery, underwear, swimwear, wigs or hats. These items are checked for defects at the place of manufacture. Thse items usually have a manufacturers warranty inside the packaging which can be used to send any defective merchandise back to the manufacturer.
It is our policy not to accept any merchandise back for credit OR exchange unless it us unused, in resaleable condition and in the original packaging. All garments should still have all tags attached.
ALL COSTUMES ARE A FINAL SALE. ALL costumes and costume accessories are not returnable.
